This Week: SIU Guitar Festival 2015!

Greetings! I will be headed south this week to take part in the 2nd annual Southern Illinois University Guitar Festival, November 12-14. This three-day festival spearheaded by Dr. Isaac Lausell features several concerts and masterclasses. I will present the opening gala concert Thursday, November 12 accompanied by Phil Brown on bass and Jimmy Beers on drums. Then on Friday I will teach a jazz guitar masterclass. Isaac will perform a CD release concert on Friday night, and the festival concludes Saturday evening with a concert featuring Brazilian classical guitarist Moacyr Teixeira Neto.
