I had a great time with the JJC Faculty Jazz Quintet performing the music of Horace Silver a few weeks ago. Thanks to everyone who came out to support us!
I’m looking to change the fact that I am not playing that many public gigs, so here’s a shout out to Sam Burns for inviting me to play duo with him tomorrow night at Society 57 in Aurora. 
Next up, the Southland Jazz Ensemble is reuniting for a celebration of the 70th Anniversary of Grace United Protestant Church in Park Forest.
And, for the first time in many years, I have a New Year’s Eve gig with my trio! Sorry, this one is private.
